Auto-Rx can now be ordered at the current price until September 9th , 2006. All product ordered before then will not be shipped until September 9th. So if you can wait 10 days to receive your product order now at current price.

I asked Frank on his 9-1-06 ARX increase thread but do you happen to know the increase ammount? Just wondering.

Auto-Rx is trying to minimize new pricing. Every working day we are in discussions on bottling costs. We are not done.So final prices unable to be published.

We also have distributors to maintain.

Next blend ready for shipment to customer is 9-9-06 thats why we kept "current" price on orders received through 9-9-06. Orders after 9-9-06 will be at new price.

This is best info and incentive to buy. All coupons will remain the same.

Frank - did you ever think of offering in Qt sizes like someone stated in your other 9-1 price thread?

That is a truly brilliant idea, as it would allow those with larger crankcases (me - 8qts) and the desire to use ARX in transmissions and P/S and have some left for maintenance doses!!

Plus, you would save money on shipping by shipping less bottle weight, save on bottle orders by ordering less, and offer maybe a "mild" price break for buying in bulk...

I agree! Quart sizes would make a lot more sense for those of us who use ARX for multiple apps (engine/transmission/PS), and those who use it for maintenance over the long haul. A small price break for the larger amount would also be nice.

We anticipate new pricing to be posted 9-10-06 so buy now at current prices. We have held the prices for almost 5 years. Raw Materials-Bottles-Blending Shipping Costs all increased, we are holding to coupons with new prices. That is significant to any customer.

New Blend finished today 12 ounce bottle fits most customers and is cost effective. We will study quart size
for next blend.

Auto-Rx is unique because it works and it is safe to use.

Auto-Rx is not a flush, it is a metal cleaner & seal rejuvenator.

I was always thinking of quart sized bottles for the diesel guys.

As much auto-rx as I go though, I need gallon sized bottles. =)

Shouldn't sales volume be getting higher and prices getting lower? It's a "specialty" product, sure...but in a normal business scenario, sales should expand exponentially and costs come down. Heck, I must have sent 30 or more people to ARX to buy, and then they send some more people...and so on. I've probally used six or more bottles myself.

Auto-Rx should be thought of as the only product that will
extend "Mean Time Between Failure" of oil lubricated rotating parts. Since clean metal =equates to total oil lubrication. Even wear can be altered if oil can get on metal.

Raw chemistry-bootles-printing all gone up, wait till you see new prices and than post.

Your throwing money out the window if you don't have clean metal for oil to lubricate.

You mean like it does with motor oils?

Current oils have been reformulated beyond the specs of older oils. Some claim the $2 SM dino of nowadays is equal to or nearly equal to the $5 "synth" of not long ago. "Economy of Scale" is the business theory.

Heck, business is not charity (Maybe Pablo is the exception). I'll charge what I can get in the same volume category.

Large businesses continually raise prices until they see a significant drop in sales volumes.

This is part of pricing theory.

So there's the FAQ coupon, the maintenance coupon, and now a BITOG coupon?
Which one's best?
And where's the link to the BITOG coupon?

I did. iirc, the faq and maintenance coupons seem like they break even at about 5-6 bottles?
Unless you get an extra bottle with the maintenance coupon that doesn't show up on the order quantity?
I'm just wondering if anyone knew for sure.

I don't recall any posts where people argue ARX is too cheap. As far as bottling/labeling costs, one can retail purchase FI cleaner or gas de-icer for a half-dollar to a dollar. That's in a bricks-n-mortar store with signifigant overhead. I'm not trying to bust on Frank, just to encourage him to ramp-up production/distribution so he can make even more money on more sales, netting a better deal for customers and taking the price to a point where it is not prohibitive to recommend it to others. Over $250 a gallon is a bit excessive, eh? $1200 for a five gallon pail? Umm.
