ATIV Odyssey - Google Play?

I have a Samsung ATIV Odyssey on Verizon thru my work (huge employer).

On my old phone I had google play and I do not see it anywhere on this new phone. Is it possible my employer blocked Google Play? Or am I just not looking in the right places on my phone?

That'll do it. I thought this was an Android phone but it's a Win8 phone.

yup, its a windows phone. Guess that explains it.

so does anyone know of a good engine monitoring app for cheap (like Torque) for either a Windows phone or Ipod Touch?

There is one for iOS but it's not free and cheap is relative. I can't remember the name of it. I'd search for OBD reader in the app store.
