We are seeing a different side of sprintman, I may not agree with the guy. but maybe I can learn something, and if I disagree I will debate in a very cordial way, good to have you back sprintman.

Which begs the question.......Why not run it longer?
What did Frank think the problem was running Arx for longer intervals?

So change the filter as part of the protocol

But I guess he was torn between making the use 'simple' but also 'effective'
I have to say, in my experiance, using Arx, As per the instructions, it was neither.

If you are thinking about using auto-rx, PM sprintman, since he seems to be getting results with arx.

Big oil leaks in the Pajero/Montero today but then I have 30 oz (2 1/2 bottles) in a 5 quart sump, so 3,000km in it's amazingly quiet and smooth but leaking a tad. The downside to pushing the envelope.

I had leaks stop for a little while with A-Rx then come back. I guess it depends on what exactly is leaking, and how bad the leak is.

No idea but just asked the wife to leave it across the road till the clean finished and I can get straight oil in there to harden the seals. You will have noticed I am breaking all the rules re ratio but the engine is transforemed and even she has noticed. It now puls hard which it didn't do before. 30 oz is obviously to much and I wouldn't expect anybody to follow my example.

Many of us bend and break rules with products in an attempt to get faster or better results. If we didn't we wouldn't be Bitoger's. Good luck!

You might want to check your PCV Valve as well as your PCV Hoses.

There could be a chance that your Breather Baffle or BAFFLES in your valve cover are clogged, check these 1st and then get back too us.
