That's pretty much beyond my expertise.
Yes I know, got the important stuff down, the rest is just gravy.
I suspected it was "complex", not to mention you probably don't even have the program, so I didn't go into details. I've used it on Linux and it's incredible but you also have to be careful. If you don't set up the "options" correctly, you can end up with a LOT of files downloaded !!
get jdownloader

get the links of the single folders (for example: https://volvo240-260.com/?dir=Brochures/1975), copy them.
in jdownloader bottom left click 'add new links', the copied url should be preloaded.
click 'continue' to fetch all the files.
once this is done click the blue arrow in the upper left corner & downloading will start.
the download directory you can specify in the settings.

Someone developed a GUI for Wget on Windows: https://winwget.sourceforge.net/
I believe you can get a portable version of it as well.
