Anyway to download all these pdf files and folder at once?

Then, get downloading :)

Nobody says you have to downlaod them all at the same time

That's pretty much beyond my expertise.
I suspected it was "complex", not to mention you probably don't even have the program, so I didn't go into details. I've used it on Linux and it's incredible but you also have to be careful. If you don't set up the "options" correctly, you can end up with a LOT of files downloaded !!

get jdownloader
https://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2

get the links of the single folders (for example: https://volvo240-260.com/?dir=Brochures/1975), copy them.
in jdownloader bottom left click 'add new links', the copied url should be preloaded.
click 'continue' to fetch all the files.
once this is done click the blue arrow in the upper left corner & downloading will start.
the download directory you can specify in the settings.
I tried it with one folder & it works.

On the site there is actually a "download this folder" button at the top right, but it did not work for me on Firefox. Maybe it will work with IE that the OP is running.

I used Cyotek and downloaded them all with organized folders. Took a little time but worked really well.
