To be labelled a 16wt, if it has a KV100 in the overlap range with a 20wt, 6.9cSt to 8.2cSt, it must have a HTHSV below 2.6cP.
I know of only two 20wt oils that would barely potentially qualify; RP XPR 5W-20 (KV100 6.8cSt) and Wolfshead 5W-20 (KV100 6.8cSt), and I suspect Wolfshead is a misprint.
