Anyone still use bar soap?

I for one still do. Lye soap with goats milk from North Carolina. Brother and the boys use Irish Spring regular scent. Folks use body wash but not this kid

Yeah, I hear you on that. I pay like $3/bar for the soap I use. Well worth it and overnight delivery

Mrs. Kira likes Yardly bars from the supermarket.
Irish Spring has been mentioned twice....doubtless due to the tingly feeling it provides. It does a great job cutting sunscreen off your bod in Summertime.

However, if anyone wants a thorough soap experience, try Fa brand soaps from Germany. They have bar soap, shower gels and hand soap. Several odors and the stuff gets the old deodorant out of your pits. It works.

dr squatch soap with grit in it. feels like i’m bathing with 80 grit sand paper. nothing melts grease off easier.

Who doesn't, body wash sucks. Only way I can make it work is if i have a lot on my hands with some water and make it sud up very quickly then transfer it to a loofa cause wash cloths also suck and continue to sud the loofa some more and i still need to do it once or twice more for my whole body instead of once with bar soap. As for what bar soap it's whatever she decides to buy.

I prefer bar soap, since I find liquid body wash to leave a slimy film that's hard to completely rinse off.
I have no real brand preference, but I find Irish Spring, Dial and Zest to be fine to use.

My wife makes coconut oil based soap, hot process and cold process, for sale. We use the leftovers. Destroys typical bar soap found at the store. I think it has to do with the facts that it is oil based.....not sure, but it melts grease of your hands.

So yes, I use bar soap, I am also a man, so there is that

I walk into the kitchen from the bathroom so I can wash my hands with dish soap instead of the weird smelling stuff the all X chromosome people seem to prefer around here.

Well, like dissolves like in many cases - do a nasty U-joint - reach for WD40 before the soap …
Another surprise cleaner is baby oil - have used it on aluminum rims

I use Go Jo or Dawn when I'm really dirty.
Otherwise Irish Springs or whatever was on sale.
Tried the body wash, seems like I needed half the bottle.
