If people didn't know, ronny james dio was once in the band; he and about 45 others, based on the whims of ritchie blackmore.

I was a big fan @ one time

Very famous song. Hearing it on the oldies station now ... sad

I like the "little knowns" myself

Rainbow was one of my favorites too. If you liked them you were probably also into Aldo Nova which was somewhat of a little known. Like watching all the old videos on YouTube ... same videos that MTV use to play 24 hrs a day. Those days are over, now MTV is pure junk.

I hear Rainbow and this song regularly on Ozzy's channel on Sirius XM.

One I never hear anymore but I understand comes on from time to time is Max Webster's Battlescar - where Geddy Lee helped them jam and Neal Pert used to collaborate with on song ideas. My brother saw3 them when the opened for Rush on tour but I never saw them live.

Bust the busters!

Screw the feeders!

I still listen to my CD's of Rainbow, Aldo Nova, and lots of other Bands from that era. Most modern stuff doesn't appeal to me.

As you may have it, Aldo Nova opened for Rainbow when I saw them.

Some serious vintage computer gear is this video
