Mine should be at my house on Friday the 5th. So it does sound like FP3000 is now "in the pipeline" FWIW...
I hear what you are saying lol. only a select few were given the honor apparently, even though we all paid a couple of months ago in good faith. I have read the writing on the wall, worry about your big clients and get to the little guy when you feel like it. let's me know we may want to rethink what companies we deal with. I for one have seen their true colors. maybe with this post others will as well. to me it's all about how your treat your customers.

We are a very small company trying to get these great products out to market and it is not easy. We are sorry for the month typo, but in all honesty our company will not survive without large bulk orders so yes they are our focus. 98% of our sales come from bulk orders for fleets and overseas accounts. Web orders count for about 2%. Without these large customers no one would be able to enjoy FP, LC, or FP3000. Especially FP3000 as we must order a lot of raw material that web sales cannot support.
The only reason anyone is able to order retail on the website is because fleet orders and overseas orders make it possible.
We have always treated our customers well and go beyond what most companies are willing to do.
FP3000 was made specifically for large fleet use and Terry Dyson helped with testing and encourage us to sell it online as well.
You have to understand we are blending tens of thousands of gallons for these bulk orders and when possible bottling for web sales. It has been extremely difficult getting raw materials as the new raw material we use is very new and very few companies supply it. When we got the bulk order for FP3000 we tried very hard to get enough raw material to make a little extra for these web orders, but it did not work like we hoped.
We are getting it done and have shipped orders up to Oct 14th.
We thank everyone who ordered and support our products. We apologize for the lengthy delay as we were dealt unforseen setbacks. If you want more detail email me and I will explain further.

I do understand where you and others who have waited for their orders are coming from. Perhaps LCD should have waited but everyone has been so excited over the intro of FP3000, I can't blame them for taking orders. As for updates, they have updated on here more than once. Perhaps people haven't been happy with their updates but they HAVE updated folks on the status of things.

Jeff I can understand your position and do not for one minute expect anybody to cater to me or any other individual. I am sure more people are in my position where we paid $54 for a gallon of product and wanted to get an idea of when we would expect to get it. I actually ran out of FP waiting for the new product to arrive. been using something else for the last month and have not heard any new updates. you see a post and figure ok, then the information proves to be false. say if the roles were reversed , would you have some concerns ? to be honest if my wife knew that this stuff cost $54 for a gallon I am sure she would have some issues with me. so for somebody to say I am going off the deep end is somebody who can not possibly know my situation and are judging me unfairly. oh well guess I can not please everybody. what gets me is everybody see the impatient part and that I do not understand the process. I just do not like paying for something and not knowing what the status is of the product.

Well that is your opinion, sorry I do not share it. suppose we have to agree that you do not see my side of things and that whatever I say you will not. if we all thought the same or liked the same things the world would be a boring place. to me it sounds like you have an issue with me even though you are not directly involved. if that is the case what do you expect or want from me ? also the caps are unnecessary. why do you not just tell me to go pound sand and get it over with already ? I can take it.

I've never quite heard the expression "pound sand" but how about "take a deep breath and relax?" I don't have an issue with you. There are far too many things in my life to worry about. I'm just pointing out these things happen when new products are rolled out. It's just a little hiccup....I do have a stake in all of this. I'd like to see how the product works. I'm no longer an early adpoter of anything new. I've been burned too many times. I believe I'm still entitled to state my opinion. And that opinion is some of you are acting like LCD just made off with your first born...

There was a reason why I left out the other parts of your post.
I recieved my two gallons today. Ordered 10/10. Similar smell to the FP60, but thinner like MMO. Can't wait to use it, but my daily driver is in for a transmission ( Exploded Pump ) too bad 7/70 wasn't 7/72... I drive about 130 miles/day, so should have observations next week..
I e-mailed LCD and told them to keep it and keep the money. I do not need their product or the money. people think I am impatient and did not understand my thoughts. LCD just made another $54 profit. figured it will be my first charitable act for 2007 . so LCD does not need to send me my order of FP 3000. to the CEO who posted earlier please make sure to put the $54 to good use.gotta love the warm and fuzzy feeling of donating. take care guys and enjoy the new year.
