Anyone own a 1st/2nd year model?

05 Malibu new body. Only 21K on it. The electronic steering "clunk" is annoying. Bad fuel cap. Rotors went early. But overall not too bad.

purchased a 1991 Saturn base SL with power steering.
188K later I traded it as I got tired of city traffic with a stick shift.

Repairs over it's lifetime:
A/C condenser, drivers seat cushion & cover, master brake cylinder (THAT was fun), I think one of the manual window regulators went bad.

2003 Saturn Ion 1 (1st year)..

62k miles.

Nothing major, just oil changes/air/fuel filters.

1 set of brake rotors and brake pads due to warping, 1 front wheel bearing, 1 ignition switch.
