Any recommendations for ultrasonic rodent control ?

For how long have you been running it at full blast?
I'll check them out today after work. Last time I checked them they work and it's been already at least 6 months since we got them. I'll take picture of them too because I'm not sure if they're the same brand as those on Amazon, but they look the same on the outside.

Does anyone have any experience with them?

I'm confirming that I'm using the same brand and model (Haycone) ultrasound mouse devise for about 9-10 months already and it still working.
It's been set to full blast (red mode) for at least 2-3 months (when we got infested, last winter) and it still works. For the last a few months I use it on the yellow mode. But l often bump it up to red mode when we're not at home. I also have been leaving it on red while I sleep and use ear plugs and it didn't bother me.

The devise is particularly very effective in combination with this Tomcat Glue Boards - don't need to fold them, just take off the protective film and lay it down in corners close to the wall:

With this sound devise and the glue boards I caught 4 mice for a month. Mice hate the sound of the red mode and move more actively than usually and sooner or later step on a glue board and get caught.

Interesting, I just walked in from work and my glue traps (that were set for at least a few months) caught two 2-3" mice. Yes, there was peanut butter on both traps, but I don't think that was the case because I was catching them before even without peanut butter. All my sound devices were set to yellow (no noticeable human ear sound).
