Any experience with this type of whisk?

I'm looking for a small whisk primarily to mix small batches of vinaigrette and dressings and maybe to hand blend cocoa and flavorings into milk and other liquids. I saw this among the choices I looked at. Does anyone have any experience using this whisk, especially for the purposes I mentioned?

They work.
You want the beater to have lively twang to it.
You needn't be as precise with your hands as you would when scrambling eggs with a fork. Good for seniors.
These things 'shake it good'.

I find this springy style hard to clean. stuff gets in the spring and impossible to remove.

I use a steak knife as a butter knife so I can't help. I use this little whisk for small stirring tasks.
