As a result of the Great American AZ clean out, I have kendall gt1 blend 10w40 and castrol gtx blend 5w20. Looking to mix for a vortec 6.0. Summer runs only I'm thinking. How do these add packs work together? Any issues? Thanks
I bet the engine never calls you out for the mixing of those two oils.
My old Jeep gets a mix often and has never complained. Starts up easily every time.
Right now on some Valvoline nextgen 10w30 mixed with some Oreilly full synthetic 0w20 for easy winter starting.

Ditto. What can Blackstone see? I don't have any trouble of mixing. You will be fine running it. Oil bottles say that mixing of oils is fine. You could mix gear oil with 5w30 if you wanted.
Well all my left overs get poured into a drum which I use to service my sisters car. It must contain at least 5 or 6 different types of 10w30 and 10w40 and her car never has any issues and runs fine at 150k
