2014 Ford Focus 2.0 NA, Blackstone thought it was turbo charged, it is not. 9,552 miles on the oil, about 200 hours. This car is used mostly 60 MPH highway, average speed was almost 50 MPH. Averaged 45.2 MPG over the OCI. Amsoil oil filter was used, no makeup oil needed.I drive this car about 170 miles a day.

I'm astonished as to how good my mileage is on my '16 with a manual...
My 2014 Focus 2.0 w/5 speed manual gets about 30 mpg....nothing close to the 45 mpg that the OP is getting...I've gotten 37ish on long highway trips (NY to Florida) but never 40.
I rented a 2013 DPS6 Focus in Texas before buying my 5 speed M/T and it did get better MPG's than my stick shift version. I did get close to 40mpg with it so I'm not doubting you....it's a shame that Ford blew it with the durability part of that A/T.I've got the reputable DPS6 transmission
Those numbers are nearly identical to my 8k XL run. That oil does really well. I'm stepping up to 10k on this OCI.
Definitely safe to do so with this kind of driving. I didn't reset the OLM and it just came on at what would have been 11,600 miles. I refilled it with OE, I'll probably do 6k on that.
