This is a weird one I just received a notice from Amsoil that they are planning to send me to collections over a past due bill and they have been unsuccessful in contacting me. A bit of back history about 4 months ago I ordered an air filter off their website. Sometime after that I had my credit card stolen. The bank did the typical close the card and reissue a new one, but I do remember making sure that the Amsoil charge had appeared. Apparently it must have been in the pending state because I just pulled all my financial records and the charge is no where to be found. That's my fault for not paying attention, but why the heck did no one call me or make any attempt to contact me? I know for a fact that I gave a phone number, address, e-mail address. I just logged in to their website and can clearly see all my information is correct. Can one of the onsite Amsoil dealers confirm if this is the typical business practice? I would have gladly paid if someone had just let me know. I guess this is what I get for not ordering through a dealer on this site.
