You know the efficiencies. You've seen the UOAs. What more will opinions tell you about the product? Looking at the "black and white" evidence, it's an outstanding filter.
So it's a good filter. A very good filter.The next question: Will it's high price pay for itself vs another good quality filter? Maybe or maybe not. If you plan on driving your New Altima for 10+ years and 200K miles, then maybe yes. Otherwise, just go with a premium off-the-shelf brand. IMO.
The air filtration system is the primary input for contamination but most of the name brand filter are efficient enough. No matter what filter you buy, I strongly recommend a filter restriction gauge. That will be the number one way to tell that the filter, any filter, needs changing... and they usually can go a LOT farther than you think they can. Most people change/clean filters too often, not letting the filters reach their maximum efficiency nor getting their full money's worth.
