Ok so everyone is familiar with Redline Water Wetter & Amsoil's version: Coolant Boost.

If I have Amsoil Coolant already, would I see any benefit with the coolant boost or is it meant for those running other brands?

Ask Amsoil.

I think it will still work. Their regular coolant is one product and the boost additive is totally different.

It is mostly for racing vehicles which either run better on 100% water (due to the better heat ransfer of pure H2O), or are REQUIRED to run water in their cooling systems by certain racing organization's rules and regs.

It acts as a 'surface tension reducer', and anti-cavitant(sp??) to help prevent water 'sticking' to hot spots in the water jackets and boiling to steam.

It also has some form of water pump and seal lube in it as well, but NOT so much as to slick down a track if a car decides to

it's coolant.
