Nobody seems to use it, here anyway, no real push to get it out to the masses that I've seen, is it bad??

A fine oil that meets specs. Reasonable price with good shipping rates from their webstore. Currently in my CanAm Spyder. What's not to like?

If you have to buy it online and pay shipping it's no deal.
Not bad but your local Wally has better, cheaper.

it was on shelves years ago but no more!! shipping can KILL a bargain for sure!! just searched their site + found it ar Fisher auto parts in Bloomsburg PA, only 25 miles + i go there weekly to get raw milk @ a health food store

I think they still make all the Carquest oils. I’ve used them with good results.

And here sometimes CQ blows it out for $24 a 12 pack

As already stated, CQ house brand oil is Amalie. And now that AAP owns CQ, that many more people are using the Amalie-made CQ oil with no problems.

Also, Amalie has the best price on DCT transmission fluid if you have a DCT. Less than half the price of anybody else
