Have been using redline 5W40 for my dry clutch bikes for like a carton

switched to my friends imported Mobil 1 racing 0w50 + 0W30

and Im shocked that the SN formula based redline gets trashed by quite alot .

So... use up to date tech and oil?

I did add modtc to the redline but still not as crazy as the mobil in terms of revving and vibration supression

I'm not sure I understand the question 100%, but my usual suggestion is to use whatever product gives you the best operation without additives. So, if Mobil 1 runs great by itself, then I suggest that as opposed to mixing your own cocktail of oil stuff.

"Imported" from us here in the states, or is there a separate, Euro-blended/available M1 Racing formula??

The moly and ZDDP levels in M1 Racing oils are SKY HIGH, and it has to have a goodly amount of group 5 esters in the basestock mix, so it's no wonder that it outperforms the VERY reduced add pack (as compared to the rest of their lineup), low SAPS, Red Line 5W-40.

its a race built so the can is non catalyzed.

thanks for the comments; 4T, MA? no thanks, tried a few and they are worse off than the redline.

ps, imported by the drum load.
