my wife is 29 and thinks buicks are for old geezers. I wouldn't mind buying one if It is fuel efficient and cheap insurance. I wouldn't buy a car with potential intake mainfold gasket issues. how about an ecotec powered car? used cavailer/sunfire/ion?

The salesman didn't slip, they print those stupid sheets out all the time. They are almost always fudged, they're trying to make you think you're getting a really good deal. It's just another sneaky used car dealer practice. I wouldn't be too surprised if they took it in on trade for less than $1500.

Though on the positive side, a remanufactured 4T60E transmission only runs $780 shipped if you intend on doing the R/R yourself.
