90's Quaker State 4x4 oil wax film

Pajero: my grandpa ran some of this oil in his Buick century and a early 90’s Chevy pickup without issues

I used this at times, liked the clear bottle. Mostly in my 83 toyota fj60, which probably could run on any oil, but no issues here.

Hi Nickdfresh,

I never mentioned "Sludge". I noted in the late 90's, I could peal a layer of oil like wax from the oil filler. Several years ago, I read the same thing on a blog, I don't remember the source. That's why I am asking. Just a point of clarification.

i had that old bottle, also that old green bottle where it stamp slick 50 on it brand new sealed. was a quaker state fan back then.
