5 gallon buckets of oil? Still available?

I was hoping to buy a 5 gallon bucket of 5w-30 or 10w-30 from a major supplier name I recognize.

Has anyone seen any? I can buy 15w-40 in a bucket but no luck finding 5w-30 or 10w-30.

I've seen large quantity boxes of oil on the shelf at my local Walmart. Didn't check to see the exact size.

You can certainly find it - but since 5 gallons of passenger oil is likely a B2B thing, if you don't get a discount your likely going to pay more per quart than just ordering 5 quarts at a time from walmart.

12 quarts is 3 gallons, not 6. $20 a gallon. No cheaper than the $25 for 5 quarts M1 on a per quart basis.

Warren highline mag 1 10w-30. Their pds has a lot of info, since it has 1000ca and 1000mg it's not bad for any lspi prone engine and with a saps of 0.99 it's not terrible to cats if there's oil consumption. The cheapest but far from the worst oil I can find at 27.99 for 2.5 gallons with free shipping available.

Valvoline has plenty of 5 gallon boxes. So much easier to handle than a bucket:

They ship free, and I think if you buy a box, after that they put you on the 'V-Platinum' plan which gives you a discount.

Full disclosure, I don't exactly know how you get on the V-Platinum plan, I just know I bought a box or two from them and they sent me a 'welcome to the club' email. I didn't do anything special that I can figure out.

Geez, that stuff is cheaply priced! We used to see low prices like that from Rotella T4 once upon a time.
