They are fusible links to the hot side of the battery. In the event of an overdraw of current, they should theoretically pop before burning up multiple circuits. Makes sense they are this close to the battery "kinda in the open" to replace if necessary.Any idea why GM would place that fuse block on top of the battery? Obviously I have never seen that type of setup.
