NAPA 7055. It has the right bypass valve spec of 27 psi and it's made by WIX.
I favor the Fram Ultra 7317. I also use a Castrol CAS7317 (made by Champion).

10KKM. Following the Subaru OCI in Canada.
0w20. Mostlikely PP, QSUD.
Usage temp will be between -40C to 40C.

I've been buying the 170 flavor of Tokyo Roki on Amazon for a really good price per filter when I order in quantity...the shipping charge is very high for 1 filter, but not much more as you raise the order quantity. This filter is speced for the new WRX and I feel comfortable using it with a very similar 2.0l turbo in my FXT.

I apologize,typo on my part. I ran the 7055 for 86k using primarily 0w20 Mobil AFE until I traded it. Good engine just poor QC on their electrical parts.Airbag sensors,seatbelt indicatsensor (different seats),backup camera,seat heater, and air conditioning relays burning out.

I just went to the dealer and asked for 6 filters for my 17 forester 2.5. They're the blue can. About $6 each or something.
Toyota also stocks a filter that could work, seeing that the FR-S/FT-86 is a Subaru in Toyota drag.
