Guy, I'm sorry but this is like the 3rd thread u have started on this subject for the same exact car. We all told u what to do. It is in the hands of Toyota not us. Contact a lawyer for lemon law in your state if Toyota won't fix it. There are laws to protect consumers.

There has to be more to this story no self respecting dealer would find a issue such as this under normal circumstances
And just tell you to bugger off
I worked for a dealer for 8 years I held 9 ASE certs we got all kinds of customers. I worked with quite a few bad ones.
I was usually the last chance go to tech. I would listen, and set up a way to test with the Customer. I would tear down stuff just because the service manager told me to. Even if it was working correctly to SHOW the customer it was good.
I would verify the complaint test and usually spend a few hours on the phone with engineering to find and resolve the issue.
I had several cars where other techs just threw parts at it and if I had not fixed it. If I had not resolved the issue it would have ended up on the news, in court or both
Did you lay into any dealership personnel verbally, physically, or possibly electronically?
The squeaky wheel gets the grease but if you got angry and threatened law suit or personal harm they possibly don't or won't deal with you since you are a jerk. To cover themselves legally they won't talk to you.
This includes off color rude, crude or uncalled for jokes to maybe a shuttle driver
"They better fix this car or the Paris massacre will look like Disneyland"
Just saying there is two sides to every story I don't think we have enough info to say
Toyota that highly rated car company is a bunch of losers
