2013 Sonata - few miles, long time intervals

2013 Hyundai Sonata. I don't drive often these days, so usually the car just sits there. I'd say a third of the trips I do take (maybe twice a month is how often I start the car; yes I use a trickle charger on the battery every 2 weeks) are long/medium-range incl. highways, and the rest are short-range. I always put in synthetic oil. I think it's been a little over a year since the last oil/filter change and I'm wondering if it's still OK. Can I go for 2 years? Obviously at my rate of driving I will never reach even 3k miles.
