Anecdotally, and yes, this is a boutique manufacturer, but RP specifically recommends against using their TCW3 oil in snowmobiles. They don't talk about ash, but rather cold weather use. Of course in this province, dedicated two stroke snowmobile oils are fairly ubiquitous.
