Got the email concerning this yesterday, while at work. Couldn't remember how much LC I had, and forgot to check the shelf until I left for work this morning. Forgot about the FP3000 until just now, and it appears that it is ALL GONE!!

How does FP3000 reduce green house gases? Normally good combustion produces a high CO2 reading. Isn't CO2 a green house gas? Perhaps what was meant to be said that it decreases toxic gases, such as CO.

All 100 gallons have been sold. Thanks to all those who participated.

Anytime we have product left we will be sure to post on the website again.

i just switched all 4 of my cars over to schaeffer's 9000 5w40 but still add the LC20 and use the FP60 / 131 brew in the fuel tank.
makes for a sweet ride.

I don't understand. Why is it unobtainium. Why doesn't LCD regularly stock FP3000? Just curious.

It is just coming out, they already have massive fleet orders to fill first. Most of their income is from fleet sales so they really have to give them priority. They simply can't produce enough to satisfy the fleet AND online customers right now. They are catching up pretty much. Once they complete the fleet orders and are able to get a better supply going, they will offer it to use again.

Really, we just have to wait this one out. On the positive side, FP60 is still in ready supply.

Actually, I am surprised they even offered it after they got slammed by people on this forum last time when it was delayed. Heck I even whined about the label looking cheesy.

A tip 'o the hat to LCD for offering it again in spite of the gripes. Maybe the fact that they sold 100 gallons in a day will make them offer it full time. Anyway - I got mine.

How much does the FP3000 gallon normally cost?

Mine was $47.50 before shipping and $56.40 after shipping.

That's about $14.50 more per gallon than FP60. But FP60 can only service 10 gallons of gasoline 64 times, where as FP3000 can service 10 gallons of gasoline 128 times. So you get twice the service life for only ~$15 more.

FP60 cost per ounce: ~26 cents
FP3000 cost per ounce: ~37 cents

FP60 cost per 10 gallons of gasoline: ~52 cents
FP3000 cost per 10 gallons of gasoline: ~37 cents

That's significant enough for me.

It IS very impressive huh? Especially considering they sold 100 gallons of a fuel add thats about 50.00 a gallon and relatively new to the market. Shows ya word of mouth builds a strong rep out there.

I would like to buy a quart just to see how my car reacts to it, "blue" is kinda picky about her gas. I still got a good supply of adds though

1 gallon FP60
9 bottles redline
2 gallons of MMO
and half quart of Lucas
(Misc mix of techron and regane I picked up on sale

I can't help myself.)

Just a quick note to those who missed it. You might want to send an email to LCD and see if they will put you on their email list. They sent me an email as well as this posting because I was a repeat customer.

If they get enough requests to be put on the email list it might persuade them to do another offer. Or, perhaps they could do a pre-order that doesn't charge until they ship. That way they could amass the true hard orders and once they get enough orders for it to be profitable they could ship them all at once (or maybe ship once a quarter - just throwing out ideas here LCD.)
