08 Tundra, AC vent whistle

Hello. I have a 2008 tundra and the middle AC vent makes an annoying whistle when I turn the fan up. The video (see below) doesn’t do the noise justice as in person, it’s quite loud. I checked the cabin filter and it was dirty but not blocked, but it’s only this middle vent. It blows strong so the blower seems to be working adequately. Any assistance is appreciated.

My 11 used to "whistle" with the AC on.
I then found small pieces of foam being expelled from the vents.
I'm assuming some type of insulation. The noise is almost non-existent now.
Still blows cold air.

I’ve not seen any foam but I’ll take a closer look. I assume you removed the vent to remove the foam? Thanks for the reply.

I did not remove the vent. The foam came out in small bits over time.
Self correcting problem.
