08 Mitsu Evolution (4B11 2.0L Turbo) Help me pick?

Clipse3GT, I'm planning on getting an EVO X as well...I would like to know your results of the M1...please keep me updated

As far as oil choices go...it seems like the popular option for EVO X is the M1 0w-40...I will keep this in mind for future reference

How does Pennzoil Platinum handle for this car? I've heard PP does well with fuel dilution but not sure on the 4b11-t

I'd also be intrigued to see how your UOA's turn out. I'ev got a decision to make fairly soon regarding oil choice on my Evo X but am currently leaning towards RL 0w30 or 5w30, and just swallow the cost for now.
I'd also like to see how GC stands up in these motors. It faired quite nicely in my Subaru.

Edit....just seen your UOA on the M1 5w30. Having seen that I may well stick to the original plan of using RL, or even Motul 8110 x-Lite, thankfully both readily available here in Calgary.

Another option that Buster suggested is M1 TDT 5W-40. It's pretty available, too, and is a very stout oil.
