When boards have built in bluetooth such as the Yamaha YDA-138 Bluetooth. How do you link to them ? I would be using a Samsung tablet with Bluetooth as a streaming source, what the procedure for syncing ?

We would love to have streamed music on our patio and have looked into some readily available Bluetooth speakers, but have found them either lacking in sound quality (not volume!) Or very expensive. I have some very good sounding bookcase speakers and thought it might be a nice project to mate...

I don't like venting up through the roof. 1) Condensation will run back down the pipe 2) Every hole in the roof is a potential leak. Best IMO is to have a good Squirrel cage type fan (70's era fans were mostly noisy AND pathetic) then vent it first up, then sloping slightly down with rigid pipe...

When I have renovated bathrooms, 9 times out of 10 there has been some things that need addressing once the old tub is out. Either plumbing damaged floor whatever. A plastic overlay could be like new icing on a rotten cake!

OK, so at this point we are focusing on the RAV 4, sticker price at the local dealer is about 31k and in a brief look around in places like ex-rental car sales we are seeing 2019 car for about 1k less sticker price! Now I know that a vehicle depreciates as soon as it's sold, so what the heck...

I'd just like to add, the lady owner will be in her later years, she will not be doing her own maintenance or is she interested in 0-60 acceleration in under 1 minute ;-)
