Yes it will be fine to leave it on. Changing it would be a waste of $10. The residual xw20 left over isn’t enough to effect anything.

This is a blessing for me cause now I can get a cartridge st11665 for under 3 dollars. It was sold as an MP and was closer to $6 before . Same exact filter. I also noticed that the st10060 now has a reall bypass valve and not the dual ADBV/bypass valve thing. Before just the MP had a dome end...
