    Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited

Anyone own a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited? I have a 2019 with a 3.6 L 4V engine and so far so good. The tranny worries me a bit because of the lifetime fluid and the 45 minute procedure to check it. I have a good extended warranty because I don't work on vehicles any more. Anyone with troubles?

    Honda engine

I have a Northstar generator with a Honda GX620 20 H.P. It has around 100 hours on it. I used Napa universal fleet 15-40 in it for the first two oil changes. It calls for 10-30 or 30W. I see now Honda has a synthetic oil for their power equipment. I am now thinking of using a 10-40 synthetic...

    0-20 oil

Me being old school it took me a long time to get used to 10-30 motor oil. We just bought a Jeep Grand cherokee and it calls for 0-20. The 0 worries me and I would like to use 5-20. I just don't know if that's a good idea while under warranty. I will definitely use Mobile 1 as I have been for...

    Oil for aging Canyon

I have a GMC Canyon with 110,000 miles. It has the I5 engine. For the last 10,000 miles or so I hear more engine noise on startup. I have always used M1 10-30 syn and OCI's at around 10,000 mi. Have had the oil sent to Blackstone a few times with good results. I am just wondering if I should...

    gas additive

I have been using Yamaha Ring Free Plus since new, about 6 years. I want to try Star Tron ring clean, it is a little cheaper and a lot easier to get. Anyone use it or know about it? I would think it is the same stuff.

    GMC atf change

I have a 2006 GMC Canyon and noticed at 88,000 mi the tranny fluid was off color. I had a reputable shop tell me it should have been changed at 40,000. My manual says 150,000. I think I'm doing the right thing to change it, but should I change it again at 40,000? I think 150,000 is [censored]...

    GMC Canyon

I have a GMC Canyon with about 85,000 miles, and have been using Mobil-1 10-30 since new. Now that it is using a half quart every five hundred miles I'm thinking about using M1 high milleage 10-40. I was told this would help. ant thoughts on this, will be appreciated.

    Oil filter

There is so much B.S. about oil filters I can't believe it. I have been using AC Delco blue filters for 15 years, they are good and less than $5 at Walmart. Three vehicles and well over a million miles, not one problem. All this and using Mobil 10 30. So I guess it is what ever blows you're...

    GMC Canyon

I have a 2006 GMC Canyon with 76000 mi. I'm thinking about switching to Mobil 1 10-40 high mileage. I have always used M1 10-30, but now I notice a slight oil consumption. I'd like to hear what others thinkk

I have a GMC Canyon 2006 & GMC Envoy 2004. I live in S. Fla and quite often tow a boat which is almost capacity for the vehicles. I think I should be using a 10w40 motor oil. What does everyone think? I am now using M1 10w30 syn.
