He's not using the additive. I guess he had some leftover Seafoam that he had used on his engine and wants to use it on his AT.

Some guy in another forum was thinking about putting Seafoam in his Acura Auto transmission. I said I had never heard of anyone doing such a thing. Just want to know what people think could happen if he does this?? I've recommended Auto-Rx and Lube Control, but he seems **** bent on trying Seafoam.

Thanks. When I tell people that I use a $0.69/qt oil and a $1.99 filter, they think I'm crazy. But after this UOA, I think I've proved them wrong.

This car has seen mainly highway miles since I got it at about 85K miles. It was my college commuter car and now my daily commuter car to work. It sees about 100 highway miles a day.

I'll agree with others, that normal wrenches don't work on ST filters. The one that I bought for the 3593A filter is too lose. But I just use a strap wrench now without any problems.

Didn't get a TBN on this analysis. But I will probably get one on my next one.

I've used it with my PC. I think the key to using Scratch X or any polish is generating enough heat.

I used a California Water Blade (CWB) for the last year or so, without any problems. What I did was wipe down the blade after every pass. I also alternated which side of the blade I use. However, now I use waffle weave towels to dry my car, but still use the CWB for my windows.
