Would 10k mike oil changes be ok for the car?I have always done them at 5k but I’m using Mobil 1 0w20 and factory Honda oil filter.

I have a 2017 Honda Accord due for an oil change. I was debating on using a fram extra guard. Mobil 1 oil filter or a factory Honda one. Is the fram just has good has the other 3. I read somewhere that fram makes the Honda one.
