it was the chrysler dealership lol, i actually bumped into the guy that works at the dealership(the one helping me out) he said ( im not a specialist but i do know that they ran the smoke on it and that's how they found the leak the first time and after they replaced the hoses and checked it...

i wish i could forget that problem the only problem is that if i ever wanna sale the car it will not passed the smog test because of that problem. and like i said in my post i don't wanna test the car driving it from Las Vegas to San Diego with that steep hill that's like 6,000 feet in elevation...
