i hate to say it but i have had excellent results using nothing other than some 1500 followed with 2000 grit and a little bit of wax when i am done wet sanding, if they are really bad some 1000 grit is ok as well
cost for the sandpaper.. i dont know it is useful for other things and i usually...
and try to find a cheaper quote somewhere or talk to a guy who works for safelite i can get a new windshield for my truck for about 100 bucks from my buddy
i agree with the toyo's best all seasons i have ever had on a car.
you say 8-9k is this mainly track time, or time spent driving aggressively? Because if you drive anything to 100% you can eat up tires, if you want a super sticky tire for the track but hate eating up you tires every few months...
91 civic wont have a roller cam, its got rockers but no rollers kinda hard to describe in layman's terms...
i wouldn't switch, i have owned a few 4th gen civics and would run whatever 5w-30 floats your boat, and stay on top of your timing belt being that old you dont know the last time it was...

I cant say i have heard anything bad, but if it is more expensive than some kyb agx's I personally would pass because i have had good experience in the past with them for my particular needs and reason buying them.
