I'd guess the engine for which a clogging CCV is a common problem, especially in colder climates, is the one that has the problems.

Personally, I find the whole question of 0W-xx oils to be a great weeder question in any given oil discussion. Those that clearly don't understand what the SAE J300 viscosity ratings actually mean soon reveal themselves as soon as the question of 0W-xx oils comes up. Some are educable after that...
