I called Citgo a few days ago and asked the first customer service rep if Citgo now makes the Walmart Synthetic oils for the Oklahoma City area. She said yes, but I would have to talk with a customer rep for the lube division. She transferred me to that rep, so I asked again about if they make the oil for Walmart synthetic line. He said he can not confirm or deny if Citgo makes any private label oils.

He told me to check the msds for Walmart. I told him if it shows Citgo as the provider of the oil, how can I find out any specs or ratings on the oil and how it may compare to other name brand synthetics. I think he shorted out then, because he kept repeating himself. Does anyone have any further information on whether it is a good synthetic for 4000 mile oci's. Talk about terrible customer service. I even tried an email and have yet heard an answer.

In what application? Engine, use pattern, time in service, etc?

Also, you already asked this question a few days ago...
