I am in the middle of changing oil in a 2003 Jaguar S type with the 3.0 V6 engine.
I was going to put in synthetic oil..... I looked in the maunaul to try to find the capacity when I saw a note that says that Jaguar does not reccomend using synthetic oil in the V6 engine.
Does anybody know why they reccomend not using synthetic oil?
I would think it would be as good or better thab using conventional oil.

From the Amsoil site... I would try some Delvac1 in this engine.
