GC vs. M1 ?

So, regarding the reformulation of GC, how does it stack up with the SuperSyn and EP M1 10w-30?

I plan on using one of those in my 3800 Series II once its out of its A-RX rinse phase.

I chose gold GC with AC PF52 filter. It alteady has about 1100 miles on the fill and will do a filter change at 3k.

I will do a UOA on it @5k to est a baseline.

This is a '99 Olds LSS w/3800 "K"

There is now.

This engine has issues but I am telling you this report shows the Gold has great potential run in an "issue-free engine."

After 2200 mi, the GC still isnt what I would call "dark".

Strange. I wonder if the A-RX used just before GC must have made the engine spotless?

This engine had about 70k on it when i got it, and now, about mid 70's or so. I had a v/c off and it looked great.

GC gets my vote because of all the Approvals. Plus is comes in a fine weight for a Turbo engine.
