So i loaded up on a couple cases of napa synthetic 0w20 and 5w20. And my OLM is around 20%. I also got some non e-core acdelco ph64's off rockauto. I'm trying to see if i should run it the full OLM or run it 5k since its not the best synthetic and my car is DI.

The stuff is fine, run your normal OLM.
Run it as long as you have previously. It is not some bottom tier oil. Nice that NAPA has a major sale going on for their synthetic now.
I use it in my Kia Rio (also a DI engine) all the time. I just grabbed a cases also, I run it about 5-6K but wouldn't hesitate to go to 7500 as my manual allows.
I'm on about 6k with 20% left on mobil1 AFE. Plan on changing it around 15% or about 500 miles.

The 2 NAPA dealers near me are charging $5.59/quart during this "sale". I'll stick with Walmart for Mobil 1 at $2.18/quart after rebate. I've never had a problem in getting the Mobil 1 rebates, usually within 4 weeks. Sad to say I've never seen a SOPUS rebate I submitted.

It's perfectly fine with ur normal oci I use the blue bottle stuff for 7.5k no problem why shouldn't the syn last longer

12 weeks and still waiting for a Mobil rebate. First Mobil rebate came fast, and guess this next one will come when ever they feel like it should with no accountability. Got a case of the NAPA already, and will buy another, so I don't have to deal with the rebates.

I've never been stiffed on a dozen or so on-line oil rebates over the past 11 months. Maybe things have improved. Mobil dropped one of my April 2016 rebates so I had to phone the rebate center on it. 2 weeks later I had it in hand. Took 12 weeks total. But, still 100% lifetime.

I don't disagree on the Mobil 1 point. But both oils look almost identical on PQIA and NAPA Syn is Dexos rated. I doubt there is much difference in the add pack...

Run the full OLM-suggested OCI, down to 5% (like you'd normally do).
Remember, the computer assumes syn blend, so absolutely nothing wrong with using a full synthetic for the full OCI

Why not M1 with rebate - the nearest source of M1 cheap is 19 miles away. The nearest source of Napa Full Synthetic is 1.5 miles away and I don't have to do any stinking rebate bull ...
I already did the mobil1 rebate and got 2 jugs of AFE. now i stocked up on napa synthetic for the next couple oil changes. I usually run the OLM 2 15-10%
This is a reasonably robust synthetic that meets DEXOS 2 now, is often on sale, no rebates are needed, and it works fine.
