Galaxy tab4 do I need anti malware etc.

I don't have any on mine. Same with my Samsung phone. Phone is rooted and kernel is different on phone and tab is stock.

360 Security by Qihoo is the best for detecting maleware. However I use lookout premium for some reason and I don't need two programs.

Malware didn't used to be a problem with android devices. It started when low life blackhat hackers realized how many people have phones these days. It's rarely a problem still really, I'm more worried about the [censored] installed by the carrier (CarrierIQ, for example) than downloading programs, but it wouldn't hurt to use whatever has good reviews in the app store when you search "antivirus" or something similar.

Not necessary if you just use what's on the app store and keep off shady websites.

Antimalware are useless in Android phones BUT if you're looking for some handy anthi theft features then i'd recommend Avast.
I solely run Avast! on my Android for its anti theft features since these situations are so common here and i also run the antimalware engines just as a bonus. Hahahaha
