I have a 4.3 V6 2002 Silverado with 160,000 miles, I want to make sure she can make it to 300,000...

Anyways... What is the best Fuel Filter. I have normally just used AC DELCO, but I am interested in maybe K&N, or others...

What would you guys recommend?

Regular changes will help you see big mileage more than picking this brand over that brand..

However, Mahle and Mann are very well regarded, sturdily built filters that are OEM for just about every car made in Europe.

Fuel filter won't do a lot to extend the life of the vehicle on a gas truck. I'd just replace it every year or two and move on.

A plugged one can cause issues with your fuel pump and a lean condition which you'll notice by the lack of power and possible trouble code.

Many new vehicles don't even have a replaceable fuel filter, just the sock in the tank, gas engine injectors are fairly tolerant of contaminants.

I agree, I've used Delco fuel filters on all my GM vehicles, changed them at the recommended service interval and have never had a problem.
