My 2010 F150 5.4 is stalling. Been to the dealership twice, no help. It will start then the engine stops, it has electrical power but the engine stops running. The engine light & security lights will flash & it takes me 4 rotations of the ignition to get it started again. Any help will be appreciated

Sounds like ignition switch going bad. It will be intermittent until it dies - see if you can smell burning coming from the column

I think you are right.

Modern dealerships seem to hate old fashioned diagnostics... but they love to beat the book on brake jobs and other easy parts replacement jobs...

Techs aren't willing to take a couple hours to figure something out if they only get paid for 1/2 hour... or less. You will often get the "could not duplicate problem..." noted on the invoice.

Flat rate shops are killing the good mechanics off, at least in dealerships...
