5.3 Vortec "tick" after 6k on m1ep

Mine aren't equipped with cylinder deactivation but I've got 2 5.3s with almost 300k and a 6.0 with 220k.
30 grades,10000 mile intervals. No consumtion. No ticking either.
Some MDS hemi's tick. Mine does a bit once hot with a 20 grade. Doesn't tick with the 0w-40 that's in it now though.

5.3, 6.0 we have a lot of them. They routinely run very high mileages for us.

When they get noisy just use maxlife blend, they will be quiet as a mouse...
