I always wanted to do the calculations to transport natural gas in dirigibles. Natural gas is 0.6 the density of air. has to be a way to put it in an unmanned balloon let it drift across the ocean, then snag it and tow to a connection point for unloading. Ha!

Burt, if you read about the Japanese Fire Balloons in WW2 your plan is possible (in that case with Hydrogen balloons), but they landed all over the place.

The airship lives! Cool. Looks like a neat machine. My father use to describe dirigibles going over Philadelphia in his youth (pre-WWII) as "big as a city block". I always wanted to take a ride on a blimp. They had one offering rides a few years ago, but it was a bit more than I could afford.
