and their SOPCAST software has ask.g toolbar that maliciously redirects your web browers and bad popup ads.

Well, we're certainly spoon fed the content, but it isn't just one issue that annoys people enough. Someone might be annoyed by weird NFL program editing. He also might not like having to have the Oprah Network to get ESPN. Network TV is losing viewers all the time.
