So I was poking around on the Mystik website and came across ViscidLube, they claim it is a "Polymer rich" formula to decrease oil consumption. It sounds like Motor Honey or similar, but they go out of their way to tout the minimal effect on cold oil.

Not planning to use it in anything, but just curious if anyone had tried it.

I like the disparity...

"Raises viscosity at high temperatures with minimal effect on low temperature fluidity and cold weather start-up."

On the flip-side, look at that viscosity index! Catterham must have a basement full of this stuff...

Check out the Pentosin PS fluids. They have VIs of over 300.

I don't know HOW they do that, even starting with a very high PAO content base stock as they do.
Do they load it up with a TON of the newest asteric VIIs?? ???
