You know it's B-S from the second they claim the ethanol is 100%.
The best purity you can get from distillation is 95%; if you want to go higher then you have to smack it with some CaO and I don't see that mentioned anywhere in the article.

Don't worry, they'll give you a permit for it. Plus, they can have the added benefit of taxing you for fuel and for beverage alcohol at the same time.

my grandfather got into a lot of trouble for making his own ethanol at home!
Inside that fancy enclosure is a pile of firewood, copper coil, and a drunk moonshiner with a sweet-tooth.
