Here is my oil analysis from my Mercedes W204 C220CDI 2007model i using :
ARAL 0W40 SUPER TRONIC
ACEA C2, C3
API SN/ CF

•Porsche A40
"Fully synthetic high performance engine oil for gasoline and diesel engines with and
without diesel particle filters. Based on ‘Aral Synthese Technologie’".
I send oil sample to blackstone one at 13.800km and 18.700km
Here is in 13.800Km on oil and 426,832km on my engine
Thanks for the extra information about this sample. Now that we know the type of
engine this is, we can compare it with our universal averages for the Mercedes 2.2L diesel engine, which are shown in
the far right column. Those indicate typical wear for this type of engine after ~5,200 km of oil use, so your longer oil run
explains why metals are higher. Everything's in good proportion, though, so we don't see any obvious issues. No
contaminants were found, and the TBN is good at 2.3, so the oil can run longer. Try 17,000 km next oil. Nice!

The samle is leaked at transit a little and the paper with details is leaked,
The first comments with out deatails about km on engine and oil is that
This oil sample leaked in transit, so we didn't get any information about this sample. If you can supply us
with the engine type, oil type, kilometers on the oil and kilometers on the engine, we can get you a lot better
information. As it is, none of these wear levels look like a problem. The oil was also free of any harmful contamination
like fuel or anti-freeze and the TBN was still strong at 2.3, so there was some active additive left. 1.0 is a low TBN. Low
silicon shows good air filtration. All in all, a very nice first report for this engine.
I send the information for my engine and km on the oil and blackstone send me more expain comments
